To purchase tickets: 1) Find your event on our website or app 2) Select ticket type and quantity 3) Proceed to checkout 4) Enter your details and payment information 5) Receive your e-ticket via email/SMS.

We accept all major mobile money services (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Visa/Mastercard cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.

Refunds are only available if an event is canceled. Please check our Refund Policy for details. Processing fees are non-refundable.

To list your events: 1) Create an organizer account 2) Verify your identity 3) Set up your payment details 4) Start creating events. Visit our Organizer Portal to get started.

First check your email (including spam folder) for the ticket. If you still can't find it, contact our support team with your payment details and we'll resend it.

1) Log in to your organizer dashboard 2) Click "Create New Event" 3) Fill in event details (name, date, venue) 4) Set up ticket types and prices 5) Configure payment settings 6) Publish your event.

Use our organizer app to scan tickets at the door. You can view real-time attendance reports and export attendee lists from your dashboard.
