1. General Terms
1.1 Ticket Man Ghana ("we," "us," or "our") provides ticket booking and event management services in Ghana.
1.2 By purchasing tickets or using our services, you ("customer," "user," or "you") agree to these Terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
2. Ticket Purchases & Payments
2.1 Pricing & Fees
- Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.
- Additional fees (service charges, taxes, etc.) may apply.
2.2 Payment Methods
- We accept mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo, MasterCard, VisaCard).
- Payments are processed securely, payment processor charges may apply, and all transactions are final unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Refunds & Cancellations
- No refunds unless an event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of event cancellation.
- Processing fees may be non-refundable.
2.4 Ticket Validity
- Tickets are non-transferable unless specified.
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
3. Event Attendance & Responsibilities
3.1 Entry Requirements
- Valid ID may be required for entry.
- Venue rules (e.g., age restrictions, dress code) must be followed.
3.2 Event Changes
- We are not responsible for event changes (artist lineup, venue, time) made by organizers.
- No refunds for partial event changes unless the event is fully canceled.
3.3 Prohibited Behavior
- No reselling tickets above face value (scalping).
- Violent, disruptive, or illegal behavior may result in removal without refund.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
4.1 We collect personal data (name, contact, payment details) for ticket processing.
4.2 Data is used per our Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third parties.
4.3 By using our services, you consent to communication (SMS, email) for updates.
5. Liability & Disclaimers
5.1 Ticket Man Ghana is not liable for:
- Event cancellations by organizers.
- Injuries, losses, or damages at events.
- Technical issues affecting ticket access.
5.2 We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free service.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All website/app content (logos, text, images) is owned by Ticket Man Ghana.
6.2 Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
7.1 These Terms are governed by Ghanaian law.
7.2 Disputes will first be resolved via negotiation, then through Ghanaian courts if necessary.
